Nevada rallied for four singles victories out of five matches to defeat Boise State today 4-2 and advance to the semifinals of the Mountain West Women's Tennis championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Broncos won the doubles point, then were dominated by the Wolf Pack players in singles. Michelle Okhremchuck surrendered the first set to Boise State's Marlena Pietzuch 6-4, then it was all Okhremchuck, sho won the last two sets 6-3 and 6-2.
Boise State could have scored a third point, but Manuela Pietzuch, who won her opening set 6-0, lost a second set tiebreaker, 7-6.
