The Boise State women played an incredible second half to rip UNLV in Las Vegas, 64-46 in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West Conference Tournament.
Boise State dominated the boards, 49-37, and point guard Yaiza Rodriguez played a near-perfect game with 15 points, eight rebounds, six assists and just one turnover. Miquelle Askew and Deanna Weaver chipped in with 11 points each. Camille Redmon led both teams with 12 rebounds.
Alana Cesarz had 14 points for UNLV while Danielle Miller added 13.
The Broncos will meet #8 seed San Jose State, which shocked #1 seed Colorado State earlier today, at 7 p.m. Mountain Time tomorrow.
