Boise State is awaiting the release of the Final Winter Standings for the 2012-2013 Learfield Cup today. The Cup awards a trophy at the end of each school year to the school with the best overall athletic program. Because they field a quality team in nearly every eligible sport, Stanford wins it nearly every year.
Boise State moved from #114 to #89 in the last Standings released on April 11 because of a 19th-place finish at the NCAA Wrestling Championships. The Broncos received 55 points for their performance there.
After today's report, just the spring sports remain in the competition.
