Wyoming and San Diego State Swimming Well

In nearly every event, women from San Diego State and Wyoming are swimming 2-3 seconds faster than their top times this year.  You would expect that from the high altitude teams such as Wyoming and Boise State, but not from San Diego State.  This could be close after all.
