Harper in 200 Breaststroke Final

We know for sure that #1 seed Heather Harper made the "A" Final tonight.  Still checking, but doesn't look like either #4 seed Chelsea Miller or #7 Whitney Jorgensen made it--another blow for the Bronco women.
