Boise State recovered from a 9-0 blasting at the hands of Oklahoma to defeat Cal Poly 7-1 late last night at the Cathedral City Softball Classic in California.
First baseman Christina Capobianco was 3-4 including a home run and Tara Glover, Devon Bridges, Holly Bourke, Tazz Weatherly and Kelly Sweeney all joined the multi-hit club with two hits apiece as the Bronco hitters took their frustrations out on the Mustangs with 15 hits.
Meanwhile Aubray Zell and Kenzie Cole combined to no-hit Cal Poly for Boise State's ninth win against five defeats.
Boise State will play #1 Florida this morning at 10:30.
