The other five computers are projected and I am using the Coaches Poll percentages to approximate the Harris Poll, which will be out later. Boise State, Stanford and Clemson are in a statistical tie for #4, with another tie for #7 between Oregon, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Michigan State & Virginia Tech and Nebraska & South Carolina also too close to call. Penn State & Michigan, Arizona State & Texas Tech and Cincinnati & West Virginia are in a virtual tie as well. Remember a difference of 12 total points is the margin of error.
