Boise State's volleyball team suffered its first conference loss last night to #20 Colorado State.
Colorado State jumped out early with an easy 25-13 first set win. The second set included three tied and two lead changes, but CSU won going away 25-17. There were 11 ties and five lead changes in the final set that the Rams won 25-20.
Fiona Jones had seven kills and 12 digs to lead the Bronco attack. Breann Nesselhuf had 13 assists.
Katelyn Steffan had 14 kills and 3 solo blocks for Colorado State, while Deedra Foss had 32 assists.
After 14 road games, the 9-5 Broncos finally play a home match tomorrow night against Weber State. Boise State hosts TCU Thursday and New Mexico Saturday. Those matches will all start at 7 p.m. in Bronco Gym.
