Emma Bates and Andrew Rafla will compete in the U.S.A. Cross Country Championships tomorrow in Boulder, Colorado. At stake: berths in the 2015 World Cross Country Championships in Guiyang, China on March 28.
Bates, a ten-time All-American, will face two previous memers of Team U.S.A., five Top 10 finishers from the U.S. Half Marathon Championships, and numerous former cross country and track and field NCAA national championships.
Rafla headlines the junior men's race, as he was the top American true freshman finisher at the NCAA Cross Country national championships last November.
