Broncos Grab 3-2 Lead on Notre Dame

Nathan Sereke won his match at #3 singles, 6-3, 6-3, giving Boise State their third point of the afternoon.  Scott Sears was unable to rally at #5, losing 6-4, 6-3.

So the Broncos lead 3-2 and trying to lay down that elusive point to finish the match.  Bettles has rallied from being down 5-2 and now leads 6-5 in the second set.  He lost the first set and his play has sparked the Broncos.

Filipp Pogostkin was unable to close out his opponent after winning the first set 7-5, or the match would be over.  He lost the second set 6-4 and they are now playing in the third and final set.

Notre Dame needs both remaining singles matches, but the great teams always seem to get it done, no matter how much their backs are against the wall.
