Amber Boucher captured the weekly award for Mountain West Swimmer of the Week after her performance against New Mexico and Seattle last weekend.
Boucher won three individual events and was part of thee relay wins. She won the 100-yard freestyle in 51.44, which leads the conference and ranks 16th in the nation. Boucher also won the 100-yard butterfly and the 200 free and was second in the 50 free. She also swam the butterfly on Boise State's winning 400-yard medley relay team. The Broncos' time of 3:48.07 set a pool record, is best in the Mountain West and is ranked fifth in the country.
